Transformation Planning and Delivery Case Study

We led the change management and business process transformation stream of an enterprise-wide transformation planning and delivery assignment.

This included significant back and middle office cost reductions (ranging from 20% to as much as 80% in some areas with an overall cost reduction of 35%).

It also reduced non value adding activity from 80% to 20% in the front office / customer relationship management areas, and improved staff motivation throughout the organisation (back, middle and front office).
